Yesterday I interviewed the very lovely Mili Ponce on Social Diva Marketing and it made me realize just how much we have in common. The same goes for the other ladies I have interviewed recently.
What I love about us entrepreneurs is that we all follow a similar path. The personal development path…..
Most people I talk to online in my network of friends have read the same books as me. They know well about spiritual leaders motivational experts and understand the importance of personal growth.
Here are just some of the examples:
- Tony Robbins is one of our favourite motivation leaders.
- Think and Grow Rich is like our Bible
- Seminars and and events are like our local pub
- The Law Of Attraction is like our religion
- Reading books is like our version of watching TV
- Social Media is our stage
These are just some of the examples I have found with other online entrepreneurs.
The reason (I believe) we are like this is because we are unique…..We are special and we understand the importance of PERSONAL GROWTH to improve not only our own lives but the lives of others too.
Because once we really get ourselves and LOVE ourselves we are able to spread US to the world and share it in everything that we do.
How amazing!
If you think it’s just us, try a little test for yourself. Ask your friend or neighbour or even family member if they know who Tony Robbins is. Ask them what the last personal development book was they read and how cool was the “You Can Heal Your Life” movie.
It’s not that they probably wouldn’t enjoy this stuff. It’s the most incredible thing in the world…..
Once you KNOW!
So today I want to celebrate you and me that because of our entreprenerial journey, we are also on our self discovery journey to be better human beings and THAT is what makes us special
Lots of love,
Carly Taylor

First of all I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts prior to writing. I’ve had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Thank you!

Hey Malcolm,
I generally find a quiet space and I’m always jotting down ideas throughout my day to help me through. What kind of thing do you need help writing with?
